Outlook Hangs durring exit

i installed a new 2003 sbs over the weekend. i migrated
the exchange 2000 mailboxes to the new sbs exchange 2003
exchange server. now when some users close thier outlook
2000, outlook hangs during exit. the windows
box "Micorsoft Outlook is now exiting" hangs and looking
at the task manager the program shows "Not responding".
this happens on differant opeating systems. windows 98 or
window xp..
