Outlook hangs on exit screen

Outlook hangs on exit screen

Windows 2000 sp3
Outlook 2000 sr1
No Com Add-ins are added

It is setup for offline folders, I tried taking off the
offline use options, still hanging at exit screen. she has
a Blackberry on her system, could this be the problem??
