Outlook hangs when attempting to view 'other user's folder'

When trying to open another person's folder (calendar),
Outlook just hangs. Permissions were granted properly.
Others are able to view this calendar.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Usually when this happens it is due to a Corrupt meeting
in the calendar. However, if others can view it there are
still some questions.

The Others who can still view it...are they using a DAY
view? The one who cannot, are they using a MONTH
view?

I ask because the corruption will only happen when the
calendar hits the same week that is holding the corrupt
meeting.

See if when you open the calendar on one of those that
can still access it, If you scroll ahead a bit, does it lock
when you reach a particular date?
