Outlook hangs when closed

Hi I am running Office 2000 on either Win2k or WinXP platforms. I am having
issues with some users where their Outlook sessions hangs when they try and
close it. The only way it closes is if you go and kill it in the task
manager.

I disable my antivirus e-mail scanning option and it had no effect on
resolinv this issue. I am running McAfee Enterprise 7.1.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Dave,

I cannot find any evidence of WinFAx being installed. I check in the
add/remove software...

Anyother ideas?
