Outlook hangs when sending attachments

Everything works fine until I try to send a mail with a
file attachment, then it doesn't send and it hangs IE
until I reboot. I'm getting a series of error messages
described in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;827349 . The fix doesn't fix it though.

Just started after I did the "suggested" WinXP update on
Thursday. I have added Office SP1 and SP2 as well as the
other suggested patches. I have done the registry fix
suggested in the article that is shown in the link above.

Anyone know what I should do to get this working?
