Outlook hangs when switching from Tasks to To-Do in Navigation Pan

I posed this question quite a while back but didn't get a response, trying my
luck again. Thanks in advance.

Outlook hangs when I go from one thing to the other in the navigation pane.
Mostly, it is from Tasks to To-Do, but other times it will hang Tasks to
Calendar etc. Tasks seem to always be involved though.

I have a whole bunch of these types of errors in the different diagnostic
sections in Vista. I copied a few of them at random. Hopefully these might
offer some hints as to what could be causing the problem. I tried staring
Outlook in Safe Mode and it did not solve the issue.

Thanks in advance.
