OUTLOOK HANGS & WON'T OPEN

I've done all but pull out my hair. SYS RESTORE, REPAIR 2X, REMOVED ENTIRE
OFFICER & RE-INSTALLED. PC was working fine when I shut it off, and now
Outlook is same as dead. No fax or pda, plenty of space? Any ideas before I
go spend a bunch of money?
