Outlook hangs....

Hi,
My outlook, upon exiting, hangs. The outlook closes but
the message that says "Please wait while MS Outlook exits"
stays there and does not go away until I go to Task
Manager and End the Outlook.exe Process... Any clue why
this is happening? and solution....Please Help....Thnx
