Hi --
My Outlook 2003 (win xp pro sp2) was working just fine yesterday. When I
came in today, if I try to access anything accept my inbox (I am not able to
access the subfolders), I receive the message that Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close.
I tried the following: the detect and repair and it appeared to work at
first but then digressed to the original issue. I removed and recreated my
Outlook profile and then I uninstalled Office and reinstalled to no avail. I
also renamed my windows profile and created a new one. My coworker was able
to add my account and was able to access everything just fine on his
computer.
Thanks for your help!
