"Outlook has encountered an error and must close..."

Outlook 2003. Today, it just started giving me an error message on startup and closing. I cannot open it in safe mode either.

I read somewhere that McAfee had an addin that caused this, but I don't have McAfee.

Any help would be great. I hope I don't have to reload cause I'm not sure I even have the disk...
