outlook has generated error mesage

When I try to open Microsoft outlook, it fells saing that
OutlookExe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows/. I have tried to follow with the insructions that
I got form the support (possibility of errors).I have
tried to use the commend line using the
swith "CleanReminders" did not work. Again I am getting
same error mesage.
