Dear Helper,
This is the error message which pops up everytime I use Ms Outlook. In the
details tab it gives the registers with addresses.
Also the sound is not heard even when the power light is seen on on the
speakers.
sometimes it also gives do you want to auto achrieve the old items. But as I
do not need the old items I select No.
So these are the problems I am facing while using Ms Outlook.
the S/w is WIN 98. I can send recieve messages but because the error pops up
everytime Ms Outllook gets shut. Please help at your earliest.

We need to know the Details. When you click the Details button/link, it
shows a message like: XXXX caused an error in YYYY and a bunch of register
nonsense or it will list the Appname XXXX and Modname YYYY. The XXXX and
YYYY are important to identify the cause and solution. You can ignore the
rest of the message.
