Hi all!
I've seen a lot of posts regarding soft returns in an email signature to
prevent the extra spaces. That is not the problem that I am having,
unfortunately.
I've created a signature in outlook using word as the editor. I set line
spacing to exact 1.2 and used soft returns for each line. When I compose a
new email using word as the editor the signature looks perfect. If open that
message from my sent items then the signature is single spaced.
On the recipient side, the message is single spaced until they hit reply or
forward. As soon as it opens in word, then spacing is set correctly to 1.2
again.
Any ideas??
Thanks!
Roger
