Outlook has stopped responding

I have Outlook 2003, Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit is my OS. Today, suddenly
Outlook opens for about 10 seconds and I get an "Outlook has stopped
responding" error message and it closes. It says Microsoft will search for a
solution to the problem. Naturally, nothing comes up!

I have not added anything since yesterday and it has been working fine since
I got this computer a couple of months ago. I turned off all add-ons. I
tried a detect and repair with and without the disk. I totally uninstalled
and reinstalled with the same results. Am at my wits end....anyone have any
suggestions? Thanks.

I need to add to this. I looked at Fatal Error on Startup below. I went to
my control panel and could not find Mail. Also, I tried the search for
scanpst.exe and nothing came up. None of the solutions seem to apply and yet
PW below has the same problem as me.
