Outlook has trouble shutting down.

Sometimes my system resources get low (which shouldn't happen, I have 2GB of
memory) and I can't do anything but reboot. When I shut down, I get a message
that Outlook.exe is not closing. I'm using Outlook 2000 and Windows XP.
