Outlook Help Needed - Error Messages

Viv-Ed Creations

Hello,

I have recently had trouble with my outlook 2003 and really need some help.
My computer was having all kinds of problems the last couple of days and I
finally got my Norton working properly again and ran a scan that found 2
viruses. Since all this trouble, my outlook will not work. I can open the
program but it will not send/receive, create messages or do anything else.
Even when I just try to click on my account setting to make sure everything
is okay I get the error message: The Operation Failed Due to an installation
or registry problem. It says to restart Outlook if the problen continues and
then possibly to reinstall Outlook. The problem is that I do not have the
disk that came with the computer with the Outlook on it. Is there anything
that I can do to get this program working properly again? Please help!

Thanks in advance!
Melissa

Not really, without the CD, was the cd not supplied by the Company you
purchased the PC from?
What means did they give you of restoring your PC/System

Do you have Word preinstalled also, if so when you start Word what does it
tell you in Help About for Word Version?

And what does 'having all kinds of problems mean'

Yes, the CD was supplied by the company but the cd has been lost in several
moves since then. I thought it would be a problem without the cd. No idea
what to do to restore PC/System.

Word says Microsoft Office Word 2003 (11.8215.8202) SP3
Part of Microsoft Office Pro Edition 2003

All kinds of problems was that my system kept closing programs and coming up
with the screen to send error report to microsoft. It did this on the
internet several times and then also said symantic.

If you know someone with the same version of Office as yours, you maybe able
to take a copy of their cd and repair using *your* key
Belarc Advisor or MagicJelly Bean will reveal the key, which is not the one
that may be afixed to your PC case, that is the win key.
