Outlook Help should offer phone numbers for paid assistance

L

Loren Toomsen

I am willing to pay for help -- but I can't find any phone numbers to call.
I've been all over the Help link, reviewed all the web pages that are offered
and all I am greeted with is to drill deeper into the abyss. What can't
there be a relatively easy to locate phone number for people like me who are
willing to pay $35 or whatever the going rate is to fix my problem? I'm
under a lot of pressure.

My problem? When I send out a distibution list they all bounce with a 501
error. I've sent out distribution lists before, no problem, suddenly I'm
having the problem.

It's not that hard to find contact information. The "Contact Us" link is
practically on any Microsoft webpage;
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

You'll have to provide a whole lot more details on your configuration and
the complete error message if you are looking for help here (or contact
Microsoft for that matter).
