Doug Martin

All,

Need help. I recntly switched internet providers and had
to re-load all my programs to reset the defualts. I did
not re-format. Well Outlook Express is now my email vs
Outlook. My problem is that Outlook is no longer
available. Its still on the hard drive but I dont know how
to set it up. I would like load and set up Outlook so I
can import all of my mail to Outlook express. I still have
the icon on the desk top.
Can anyone help me?

Thanks

1) you didn't need to reload the programs, just change the server names and
email addresses in properties.

2) When you say 'reload' what exactly did you do? Uninstall/reinstall? What
happens when you click the desktop icon? Is the mail applet in the control
panel?
