Outlook Home User Trying to grab Calendar from Exchange

A user on our network chose to purchase a laptop with XP
Home edition. We can get his version of Outlook XP to
connect to his exchange mailbox, but he needs he calendar
on his laptop to somehow sync with his calendar on the
exchange server. How can we make that happen, if it's
possible?
