outlook homepage

hi, I am having problem with Outlook 2003 client used with exchange 2003.
I want to set a sharepoint page as the home page for users.
it works very easily when the users don't and never had, .pst files on their
profile, it doesn't when they have .pst. the home page I set then doesn't
show and the adress clears itself when I close the property page.
I can then only set a home page on the personnal folder, not on the exchange
folder.

I didn't find info about the problem of course

What procedure are you currently using to accomplish this? You should be
able to manage it with a Group Policy Object. The setting you'd use is the
"URL for custom Outlook Today" setting under User Configuration /
Administrative Templates / Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 / Outlook Today
settings.
