Installation of the most recent (security) update from Microsoft (about
two days ago) is coincident with my Outlook 2003 ceasing to auto-connect with
my Hotmail account. The "Connect to Hotmail" selection in the Outlook File
Menu is dithered (not selectable).
I am commencing restoration of my Windows XP OS to a pre-update
recovery point hoping that will restore needed connectivity.
(The Help Menu's "Detect and Repair" option completed successfully
twice since this connectivity problem arose with no resultant resolution of
this problem.)
