Outlook HTML printing problems

Hi,

1 by 1 users are unable to print HTML emails to their printer. Clients are
working with XP-SP2(Dutch) and Outlook 2003(Dutch). Users receive the message
"printer not installed". Removing and installing the printer will solve the
problem but after some time the same problem occurs. Who konows wahte the
problem may be ?

Printers in our organisation are shared on an Windows 2003 server systems
with Microsoft Clustering

Not sure if this would help, but make sure the OFFICE the users are using
have their office 03 service pack installed.
