Save the attachment to your desktop and try it from there. Oh, and I left
out one little detail (DOH!), use Control+Shift and right click to select
the program to open with.

||| Adobe Photoshop ImageReady icons, although I changed the default
||| program that opens this file type to Windows Picture and Fax viewer.
