Outlook Icons

Kevin

I am using Office 2000. Outlook shows jpg attachments in email as Adobe
Photoshop ImageReady icons, although I changed the default program that
opens this file type to Windows Picture and Fax viewer.

How can I get the icons to display correctly in Outlook?

thanks Kevin

Try opening one using the "Open With" from the right click (hold down the
shift key) option from the context menu. Select your preferred viewer and
make it the default (always use this program...)

Thanks Milly,

Using the right click, in Outlook 2000 there is no option of programs to
open the file with.

thanks, Kevin

Save the attachment to your desktop and try it from there. Oh, and I left
out one little detail (DOH!), use Control+Shift and right click to select
the program to open with.
