Outlook 2003.
I'm trying to configure Outlook to use IMAP instead of POP, so as to provide
common mailboxes for Outlook and the webmail system (which in principle uses
IMAP)
Problem I've hit is that no matter what I do, copies of outbound messages
are put into the old default pst file, because this is still the default
delivery location. Yet, the delivery location cannot be changed to the .pst
associated with the IMAP account.
I can't see users accepting this. Surely there must be a fix that will get
all of the account's mail into the account's own file? (and then, hopefully
remove the redundant mailbox file as well)
