Outlook import function not working

For some reason I can not import new assignments via the work with outlook
function anymore on my workstation. All other users have no problem on their
machines. This problem persists on my desktop and also my tablet - both
worked just fine until two days ago. I receive the error message that I need
to re-load the plug-in or reinstall...I have done both several times now with
no success. I have admin rights and no error is logged. This is a Project
Server 2003 with SP2a on SBS 2003 Prim. Box, all patched up.
