Outlook Inbox Flush Sync?

Not sure if this is happening server-side or client-side....

I have 300 Inbox items that show in Outlook 2003. I have 360 Inbox
items if I view the same mail store with Outlook Web Access. Is there
a way, clientr-side, to flush the message cache so the Outlook fat
client will show everything the server has?
