Outlook Incoming Messages

I have 2 computers - a laptop running on Windows XP and a desktop running on
Windows Vista... both have the same version of Outlook. My company has an
inf@ email address that customers use to get information. When a message is
sent to that email address, I receive the message on my laptop and not my
desktop. I have checked the blocked senders/ junk email list and it is not
listed. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

That's because when you receive the message on your laptop, it's been
removed from the mail server. The the desktop can't download a message that
isn't there. Set your email account on the laptop to leave a copy on the
server...
