i want to put my outlook contacts on to a form where i can keep track of all
information.

FILE+IMPORT AND EXPORT
Choose an action to perform: Export to a File - Next
Choose a file of type: Microsoft Excel – Next
Select file to export from: Contacts – Next
Save exported file as: Browse and name – Next
The following actions will be performed: Finish

This creates an Excel 5.0/95 format so you’ll probably want to open it
and save it in the newest version.
