outlook instalation

we have install outlook 2003 on 5 computer and all 5 computer have activate the product,
5 day later i took a hard drive of my computer to put it on another computer and now outlook 2003 is asking me to activated the product and all of the feature are not working,i tried to activate the product by phone and it not working.

It will correctly ask for reactivation. You might need to persist to
activate it by phone. Activation by phone involves calling a customer
service representative who will request the installation ID displayed on
screen.
