Outlook installation and activation policies

Hi,

I use Outlook 2002 and ActiveSync to backup my Pocket PC. Outlook 2002
is installed on the desktop, but for use when I travel, I would like to
install Outlook 2002 on my laptop. My vague memory is that Microsoft SW
can be installed on one desktop and one laptop. Am I correct? If I am
correct, how do I contact Microsoft to let me activate it on the laptop,
since the activation program says that it has already been activated on
another machine?
