outlook installation errors

I am having problems installing outlook 2003.

The error messages I am receiving are as follows:

unable to open your default email folders. an unexpected error has occurred.
Mapi was unable to load the information service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the
service is correctly installed and configured.

The add-in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Act9Ext.dll" could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help
menu.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Act9Ext.dll is an addin from Sage Act! application, uninstall Act?

gwmsp1.dll; google reveals 'not found' maybe your PC is infected with some
malaware?
