I'm hoping someone can help me. I had to re-install
Outlook 2003 as Dell sent me a new hard drive to replace
a faulty hard drive (I still have the faulty hard drive
and it still works). I saved my previous Outlook 2003
version to a CD, hoping to import the emails I've saved
for over a year and load them to the new Outlook 2003
installation on the new hard drive. The saved version to
the CD didn't take, so do I have to reinstall the faulty
hard drive and then somehow copy the previous Outlook
2003 version to a rewritable CD? Then how do I import
the saved information to the new Outlook 2003
installation?
Instead of the above, does Outlook 2003 have a means for
me to import the previous emails/files from my old
Outlook 2003 without reinstalling the faulty hard drive?
