Outlook Installation

I have installed Outlook 2000, as part of Office 2000, and
when it opens I get an error message saying that it can't
complete OLE Registration or similar and advise me to run
setup again. I have done so but the error message still
exists and Outlook just shuts down on me! Any ideas as to
what may be wrong?
