Outlook Installed and working but NO MAIL ICON in control pannel

Because of this I cannot set up a second profile. I've tried uninstalling
and reinstalling Outlook and all of Office 2007 but no luck. Any idea how to
set to registry flag that tells Vista that I've run Outlook so I can set up
two profiles?

Its a Vista thing, You have to view the Control Panel in, is it Classic
View? - I'm sure some one will come along to confirm.

I wish it were that simple. I've gone into classic mode etc and no Mail
icon. Unfortunatly its a registry thing. When Outlook first ran it missed a
registry setting to tell Vista that I have Outlook so its confused.

In Vista you need to click the option to show 32 bit .cpl in Control Panel.

To add, if the installation went wrong, a repair from the office/OL cd
should repair that

If you're using 64 bit Vista, you must enable viewing the 32 bit Control
panel options.

Yes, this does it. I just started with Vista and did not immediately see the
"Additional Options" Icon in Control Panel. But, there it is. Thanks
