Outlook integration (AddIns) not working

I have a question regarding Outlook Integration for Project Server 2007.

We have setup Outlook integration through Project Webaccess on my machine
(Windows XP with Outlook 2007) and it works perfectly.

I did the same setup on my Colleague’s machine (windows XP with Outlook
2003) and he is able to update the task from Outlook one time ONLY and after
that it gives him the error message:

"Please reload the Project Add-in for Outlook by clicking options on the
Tools menu. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to repair or
reinstall the add-in via Add or Remove Programs".

(he has high security settings on his machine, could that be an issue?
