Outlook Integration - Now you See it, Now you Don't

This is an interesting one. Maybe somebody could shed
some light.

I am using Project Server 2003 along with Outlook 2003. I
have had the two softwares integrated using the Project
Server downloads for sometime now. All of a sudden, I
keep losing the connection between the two. The Project
Server tab in the Outlook Options disappears and the
download/upload buttons cease to function. I keep having
to remove the software and re-install it. Any ideas out
there???
