Outlook integration with Live Communications Server

In the documentation for LCS it indicates that presence information from LCS
is visible from within Outlook. I have LCS and can connect with Communicator.
I also have Outlook 2003 and Communicator can see calendar info from outlook
and publish to LCS. I do not, however see any presence information for my
contacts from within Outlook. Is there something I need to configure or
install to enable this? I cannot find any info on this, everything seems to
indicate it should just work.
