Outlook Integration

I see from another posting that Project Server will not look at the
resource's outlook calendar to get availability. Has anyone tried to
address this issue? It is very cumbersome to try to maintain multiple
calendars one in outlook and one for each person in Project Server. I
was wondering if someone has developed software to sync the calendars.

Any help would be appreciated.
