Outlook interaction with mapisend

After installing the latest Outlook security fixes I get a
message from Outlook VB when I am running the program
mapisend, if I want to allow the program to send a mail on
my behalf.

This is very annoying, as the program runs during night in
an automated job.

Is there a newer version of mapisend that does not have
this behaviour?
