Outlook Invites and tentative

I have a user that when they receive an outlook invite it appears only in
their inbox and not tentatively in my calendar.

I have checked all settings that I can think of and even rebuilt the outlook
profile but still the same happens. User states that this worked before?
This has been an ongoing issue for this user for some time and I would be
grateful for a swift response.
