Outlook Invites

I'm sending a required invite to a distribution list. After sending the Invite I look at the Attendee Availability tab and see my distribution list, but I also see several of the people, not all, listed individually with attendance listed as optional. If I hit the plus sign next to the distribution list each of these individuals are listed with a attendance listed as required. I haven't checked with the individuals yet to see what they are receiving.

If you search the KB, you'll find this:

The KB is a wonderful thing.

So the answer is to always click the plus sign and expand the list *before*
you send the invitation.
