Outlook invokes installer

I am using Office 2003 Professional. Each time I launch
Outlook the MS Office installer invokes and performs a
brief install before opening Outlook. I have completely
uninstalled and reinstalled Office numerous times as both
the local administrator and a user that is in the local
administrator group. This only happens for Outlook, the
other Office products launch correctly.

This somethimes happens if you have another version of Outlook or Office
install such as a Trail version of Office, stand alone version of Outlook,
or even Word that comes with the Works Suite.

Check your add/remove properties and make sure you only have one version of
Office and or Outlook.
