Outlook is 1 day off on two computers

I'm an assitant network administrator here, and the
Administrator's computer is using Outlook 2003, while
another lady's PC is on Outlook 2002. For some reason,
all appointments and scheduling made on the PC with
Outlook 2003, show up on Outlook 2002 PCs as one day
behind... not just the 'one hour behind' problem. Can I
get any help with this? Thanks.
