Outlook is automatically shutting itself down - HELP!

I have no idea why my outlook is automatically shutting
down in the middle of operation and then opens itself
back up. Please advise.

On a side note I was using the contact management program
PLAXO but have since unistalled it and to see if that
would help..


PLEASE HELP!
