Outlook is blocking email from Access macro

I use a macro to send emails of reports generated earlier
in the macro. Outlook is blocking the emails. Is the
problem in Access, Outlook or some XP security issue?

This is most likely a security feature of Outlook at work here.

How do you selectivley allow Outlook to autocreate email
from another application?
