Outlook is deleting all my attachments

A while back I received a message from OE that they
would block all E-mail attachments that were unsafe -- at
least I thought that is what it said. All attachments are
being deleted and I need some of them. Can they be
retrieved? Can this service be removed?

Please help me!! Thanks
