Outlook is getting slow

We use Microsoft Outlook Express 5.0 for e-mailing and
other office works and our Address Book has about 20000-
email ids. The problem is, our computer takes too much
time to load the groups containing email addresses.
Earlier the time taken for the aforemantioned process was
10-15 seconds, but now it takes 50-60 seconds or even
more."We use Microsoft Word to load the groups with some
information." Please help us by giving a speedy reply.

This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.
