Outlook is hanging up constantly when I'm trying to write email

Happy Tuesday to everyone - almost half way through the week.

The issue I'm having (actualy my one user is having):

Everytime we open up Outlook, start copying and pasting articles into emails
and sending them out Outlook it hangs up on her. She also has google desktop
search engine on it / google toolbar / etc.

Any ideas on why this is happening - she's completey updated on office and
windows boxes etc.
