Outlook is "locked" in Off-Line status.

Outlook is "locked" in off-line status. It will not unclick, therefore, I
cannot get messages, or send. Any suggestions?

Here are answers to your questions:
1. I'm using Outlook 2002 SP3
2. MSN Hotmail account
3. When I try to unclick "Work Offline" I get a message saying "Sserver
unavailable. Try later".
4. Not sure about this, but I've done nothing to change the profile.
Suddenly I can't send or receive e-mail through Outlook.
