Outlook is not responding

Question

When I start Outlook, I get the following response.
"Outlook is not responding. If you are using an exchange server account,
you can cancel pending server request by the Outlook Icon in the notification
area, and then clicking Cancel Server Request on the short cut bar."

What in the world does that mean?

However, on Windows startup I can open Outlook in Safe Mode after that
nothing.

Thanks,
John Gavin

you have to remove your account and setup it again, open the mail icon fron
the control panel folder and then choose to remove the account and then
resetup it again because this may be a server error.
thanks
